New Blog

So decided to start a book blog today since all I seem to do is read most of the time. Sometime I think I should change professions and maybe become an editor or something since I read so much. Who knows maybe one day. However, through my reading I have met some really amazing authors and I have learned so much about their love and dedication for their stories they write. Other than that life is good kids are on summer break, I however am not but that's okay at least it's online and I still get to spend it with my kids. This summer is going to consist of doing nothing but hanging with them pretty much. I am however going to Vegas in August to visit some of my BFF's I have not seen in 3 years so I'm way excited about that. Life is a joy and it's what you make of it. Have a good one ya'll.

Books

Good afternoon/evening,
   It's been so long since I've blogged not sure what really to say. Other than at Christmas I was very lucky to get a Kindle Fire and and since then I have done nothing but read, read, read, and I can not tell you how liberating it has been. I wish that my kids were into reading as much as I am because I know it would broaden their outlook on life. Only time will tell as I know when I was young I only like reading a little the older I got didn't really read much it's only been with the last few years where I have started to pick it up again and then last year after the death of my uncle I really began to read to keep my composure and not loose myself to the dark side. Mostly read erotic novels but like to explore and read other stuff as well. Guess it just really depends on what I am in the mood for really. My husband doesn't mind to much I don't think at least he doesn't complain if I have my head in a book though I'm sure he wishes I converse with him more. LOL  I mean what husband wouldn't right? But it's okay he get's attention eventually. Something about having a good book and putting your heart in it makes you melt. Well that's it for me at this time. I will try to continue to update and catch up. 

It has been a long time since I have blogged by the looks of the last one almost 2 years. I'm going to try and rectify that so that everyone know's what is going on with me. Not a whole lot we are still in California. My daughter just turned 10 and my son 6 this past March. I am still married we hit 10 years. I graduated with my AA last November and have started on my BA in Health Care Administration. I lost my uncle at the beginning of the year which I took really hard and it was a few months before I was able to function normal again. We are on summer break and haven't done to much. So that's my life in a nut shell.

Irritated with the Navy

Here we are been out of the Navy for a month and they just fucked us again. We finally were getting things settled and crushing news came in. We were in our new apartment waiting for keys and my husband called to find out how come we hadn't gotten the last pay check and what do they say Guam's PSD put on the paperwork for Lemoore PSD that my husband isn't eligable for the severance pay which is bull shit. We are suppose to get $20,000 back and that was to help with our bills and food until we can get jobs which here where we leave sucks as well because there is nothing available for my husband and he's been waiting for places to call back but after a month it doesn't look promising. Our lives have been turned upside down due to the flippin Navy and I'm so sick and tired of it. They screwed him when they told him he couldn't stay in any more because he was 2% over the body fat limit which is bull to begin with I think some people wanted him to suffer and the best way to do it was to screw him out of having a job and now out of money. My heart is broken and we are sick to our stomachs over this whole mess. The only good point about today is that New Moon comes out tonight and at the moment I'm watching Twilight just to relax for some reason the movie is very soothing along with the music. On back to my vent about the military and them messing with people and their families. I think if you have been in for so long which we were 14 years and you see that the person has worked their asses off to do what they can to stay in and they have a family you should look at it and say you know what he has 6 years left let's let him finish it out and then after that be done with it. GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!! is all I have to say for today. Other than that we move into our place tomorrow still don't have our furniture not sure when that comes in it's suppose to be here on April 6th and then it has to clear customs so probably the week after and we are still waiting for our car which will be here on March 29th which is good because then we will have two cars here. Tonight has been boring no shows on and we are watching Nascar on the speed channel. Well I guess that's it for me tonight will finish watching this movie put the kids to bed and the maybe watch a different movie. Peace out MWAH!!!

Working on posting daily or every other day.

So the purpose of blogging is to say how you feel and what is on your mind right. Well here goes my blog for today. This morning I found out that MYCAA was not going to pay for my next two classes because my husband is no longer in the military. Which is hard and puts a damper on our lives. But I am continuing my education because I have worked so hard to get where I am today and I"m not giving up. So today I went and say the movie Remember Me and at first as much as I love Robert Pattinson I thought well not sure it was really slow and I wasn't use to seeing him outside of Twilight but I sat there and gave it a chance and as I watched him perform I thought wow he is really good although I wish he would of talked more but his words even if scripted were very passionate. At the end  you didn't expect it and I will not ruin it for my follows who haven't seen it but I thought really why did they use this but then at the very end I understood has I had tears running down my face and I was so impressed being a former military wife and a mother I understand a lot more. So congrats to all those who made the movie happen you did a great job. After the movie I went and picked up milk from the store along with the best ice cream Superior Dairy which is a local ice cream place here in my home town. Came home and my husband had dinner ready which I love he treats me really good.  And now I am tweeting and face booking and blogging. Just got done watching House and now watching Trauma will watch Law and Order after this. Tomorrow I will be going to Fresno and picking up The Princess and The Frog from the Disney store. My husband preorder it for here there because it came with some awesome pictures that he wants to frame and put up in her new room in about a week. And then Astro Boy comes out too so I think I might go get that for my son so he doesn't feel left out. Well I think that's it for me tonight. Need to work on some homework and finish watching our shows. Love to you all that are following me.

Home Sweet Home

So it's been awhile yes I know since I've written on here. A lot has happened in the last couple of years. We got stationed in Guam and we were there for 2 years. We had a blast and was very sad to leave. My kids are now 3 and 7 and in 1 week my son will be 4. Time has flown by very quickly for us but it's been a wonderful ride. We are now back in California because my husband was discharged from the Military due to someone elses stupidity. He was 2% over body fat and they felt he was not thin enough to be in the military no matter how smart or hard working he is. The let go of a great man. So now we are looking for jobs and a place to live. Our daughter started a new school and she loves it as well as starting a new Girl Scout troop. While in Guam i was a Brownie leader for 2 years which was so much fun and my daughter was in my troop and now she is in someone elses troop and I have to say it's a relief to now have to have something huge on my hands such as a new troop. Found a wonderful friend from high school who has a brownie troop and she was kind enough to take my daughter in even if she had her hands full. So other than that I guess we summed up everything in about 2 years in one small paragraph. Watching Good Morning Vietnam with husband right now. I love Robin Williams nothing like some laughs when you are down in the dumps. I am going to start getting on here more and updating everyone.

hello it's been a very long time since i have been on here. So let me update. I am currently in CA on vacation arrived June 11th. the kids and I left Guam on June 6th and got to hawaii stayed there until June 8th flew to salt lake city and visited with family until June 11th stayed with my sister until June 12th and now we are currently with my mom. this weekend rich will try to leave to fly here until we all go back to guam on Aug 15th. we have had a great summer so far with marley's 1st birthday and mackenzie loosing 2 teeth and turning 7. the visit of my cousin ryan and his kids was great. being able to spend time with my family has just been very good. i can now go back to guam and say i have a year and a half left and that will fly right by. i am currently in the process of registering to go back to school i will attend the university of phoenix online and get my ba in bussiness managment. after that i will get my aa in early childhood education. like to have some options. the kids are doing great like i said mac turned 7 this month and adam turned 3 in march. i am still trying to potty train him he is one stubborn baby. mac will be starting 2nd grade when we get my how time flys and adam will still stay home with me as i continue to do daycare. i think that is pretty much everything. i will blog some more later.

This is my first blog. If you think how many blogs you see like that where the first sentence is that its kind of funny. Always wonder how to start these things I guess I am a mom I have to kids a girl who is 6 she will be 7 in July and my son just turned 3 on March 2ND. I am a stay at home mom and also a certified home daycare provider for 5 years. I am married to a man in the Navy and have been for almost 7 years. His name is Rich we are currently stationed in Guam and love being on the island it defiantly and experience. I miss all of my family and friend back home which is in CA. But my kids and I are flying home for the summer to be with them all and see my niece for the 1st time we can't wait. Today is one of those we need to get stuff done around the house but yet I want to go to the beach so hoping that will happen. I should go and help the hubby clean and do laundry but I just don't feel like it. My kids are at the moment watching cartoons and I just got done talking to my sis on the phone. My sister and my cousin introduced me to blogging. So not sure if just telling your day or posting pictures or what but I will learn at one point or another. If any of you have ideas my sister is looking for some for her daughters 1st b-day so by all means drop me some lines and let me know. Well I'm going to stop blogging for now will probably get back on later. Peace
